Description

2026 Lean Learning Series, a hands-on professional development series designed to help construction professionals improve efficiency, reduce waste, strengthen planning, and build better project outcomes.

Facilitated by Jeremy Atkinson, this series covers key Lean construction principles including What is Lean, Last Planner® System, 5S, Gemba Walks, and A3 Thinking.

All courses will be held at 101 Riverbend Drive, St. Rose, LA 70087, unless otherwise noted. Lunch provided.
